Lisa started working in Veterinary Medicine way back in 2005. When she knew she wanted to make this her career she enrolled at the Be-Rea Institute of Animal Technology, graduated with her Associates in Veterinary Technology in 2010, and passed the national exam to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. During her time in Veterinary Medicine she has worked for a variety of different clinics and hospitals, from Exotics to Emergency to General Practice. She has a passion for education and finds the best thing about working in Veterinary Medicine is that there is always something new to learn and to improve. When not at work she is the primary caregiver for her mother, and whatever free time she has left she spends going on walks around the neighborhood with her “inheritance dog” Brownie (a Chihuahua/Corgi mix), reading, watching documentaries, creating arts and crafts, and doing Pyrography. She is also a seasonal Krampus performer with Milwaukee Krampusnacht and the Milwaukee Krampus Eigenheit Group
